*Our Guarantee*
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Knowing that not all babies are the same
shapes and sizes, you can return your unworn(except for being tried
on)/unwashed items within 30 days with approval. Please email us within 48
hours of receiving the item to work out a return. Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the consumer, and if an exchange cannot be worked
out, a refund will be issued once the product has been received by me. For
return approval, please contact me by email.
*Custom Knitting and Crocheting Work*
We post the yarn you choose the size, waistband and cuff option. There is a
$20 non-refundable deposit on all custom work ($10 towards purchase, $10
custom fee). 50% of remaining balance is due before knitting starts and the
other 50% due before item is shipped. No changes can be made once the
knitting starts. If you are interested in a custom color that isn't listed,
let us know and we'll do our best to find it or create it. Please measure
the child carefully, and supply full measurements for all custom work. This
will guarantee your satisfaction in the fit of the work.
*Custom Sewing*
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your place on our customs
lists. The balance and shipping costs are due before the order is shipped.
Please allow two to three weeks from the date of your deposit for completion
of custom orders.
*Shipping and Payment*
Jamie's items ship from Canada to the US and Canada. Any international
customers (international meaning anywhere other than the US and Canada)
should contact her to try and work out a different shipping plan. Payment is
required immediately when purchasing from the website and within 72 hours
after the auction ends through PayPal. Any products not paid for within 72
hours will be restocked/relisted. At this time, I only accept PayPal (sorry,
no cheques or money orders). Paypal is free and easy to use. PayPal orders
usually ship within 3 days of receipt, not including weekends/holidays. If
payment is not received or other arrangements are not made within 72 hrs,
the item will be restocked/relisted. *Please note that once an item
leaves our hands and is with the postal service, we can no longer be
responsible for it. Please ask about purchasing postal insurance for the
item. Items shipping from Canada can be held up for indeterminate amounts
of time in customs. We have no control over the length of time a package is
held, or whether or not it is opened. Please take note of extra shipping
time when ordering.

thoroughly to be sure that no obvious imperfection exists that would affect
the function or appearance. Items may vary slightly, however, because of
the individual nature of their construction. Our homes are
smoke-free, pet-friendly homes. We make every effort to make sure that our
pets' hair stays away from our sewing areas and thoroughly check over each
item before shipping. We want you to be happy with every purchase made from
our store. We promise to only list items we would be excited to purchase
for our own children.
